TAG ENGRAVING: No need for a Zip Code on a pet tag! The less you engrave, the larger the font will be. The most important information to put on a tag is a current phone number, or two. Up to 5 lines of text for small tags, 6 lines of text for large tags. This much text will be very small! Our engravers will optimize your text to fit into the available space. Sometimes we will need to alter your line break guidelines because of fitting issues.
TAG SIZES, SHAPES & METALS
Choose between solid nickel silver or yellow gold tone bronze. Bronze is a softer metal and will need cleaning. It can patina in wet environments. Nickel Silver is very hard, holds engraving better and is more durable.
Small (1 inch diameter)---suggested for dogs 30 lbs and under or short legged breeds
Large (1 1/2 inch diameter)---suggested for dogs over 30 lbs
