WHOLESALE GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. No minimum requirement on
any Pink Paw hair accessories.
2. All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping rates are based upon carton size
and dimension. Please inquire with The Pink Paw
regarding specials and promotional offers.
3. The Pink Paw will dropship direct to your client (effective 10/01/2010). Reg shipping rates apply.
4. Dropship orders must be placed by telephone or email. No credit card information accepted via email. All dropship orders should be sent to Shop@ThePinkPaw.com or call (201) 693-4215.

Prices on merchandise are always evaluated
at the end of the year and could be subject to an
increase at the beginning of every year to accommodate
the continued increase of freight and duties, taxes
and fees.
6. There will be no returns on merchandise, only
exchanges for any damaged items.
7. Pink Paw designs must be sold at suggested
retail price or higher.
8. Pink Paw designs may not be sold on any
online auction sites such as Ebay or similar-type
websites
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:
1. Payment Terms
1.1 Payment is due in full upon order.
1.2 Orders may be submitted online by thru the wholesale
section of our website (select product and "Add
To Cart"). Dropship orders cannot be processed online. Please email or call us.
1.3 Orders may be submitted via phone at (201)
693-4215 or via email to Shop@ThePinkPaw.com It will be reviewed, then followed by a PayPal invoice.
Changes can be made to your order within 24 hours
prior to sending an invoice. Once the invoice has
been submitted that is automatically sent to production
for processing as delays could result in longer
lead-time. No changes can be made once paid in full.
2. Taxes
2.1. Price excludes all taxes
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 All domestic orders will be shipped
via United States Postal Service to final destination. All
International orders will be shipped via USPS International
Economy.
3.2 Upon arrival of the material, customer shall
inspect merchandise and shall note any damage within
1 week of receipt. We will replace any damaged goods
at our expense (shipping). Damaged goods must be
returned to The Pink Paw at seller’s expense.
3.3 Shipping and handling on all orders are as follows:
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping rates are based upon carton size and dimension.
Drop shipments are available.
3.4 The Pink Paw stocks inventory of materials and
piece goods in order to create requested designs
upon receipt of your order. Lead-time varies
depending on your order and depending on the season.
It is best to order ahead of time especially for
holiday wear. Lead times are generally 1-2 weeks.
Longer lead times may occur if piece goods are out
of stock. The Pink Paw will notify buyer prior to
shipping, if this situation should occur.
4. Specification
4.1. Pricing applies to all merchandise.
4.2. Hair Clips and Barrettes measure 25mm, 30mm,
or 35mm
4.3 WARNING: CHOCKING HAZARD–Small parts.
Not for children under 3 years of age.
4.4. All bows or embellishments of The Pink Paw
are not machine washable. The Pink Paw suggests
Oxy Clean Laundry Spray or similar type product
for stain treatment.
4.5 Hair accessories are not shipped carded. The
Pink Paw does not ship with any labels, or branding.
5. Pricing
5.1 Pink Paw hair accessories must
be sold at suggested retail price or higher.
5.2 Seller agrees not to sell Pink Paw merchandise
via any online suction sites such as but not limited
to Ebay.com and IOffer.com
5.3 Any seller found abusing Pink Paw wholesale
policies will be banned from place any future orders
with us.
6. Photography
6.1 The Pink Paw allows authorized retailers
to use our digital images of Pink Paw hair accessories
from www.ThePinkPaw.com website
6.2 The Pink Paw hereby allows authorized retailers
of Pink Paw hair accessories to photograph Pink
Paw products at their expense to be used for marketing
and advertising needs.
A wholesale user name and password will be assigned
to the seller upon receipt and approval of Pink
Paw Reseller Application.
