If you have any difficulty ordering from our web site or questions about sizing, please contact us. The Pink Paw relies upon the accuracy of your online order information. We are not to be held responsible for customer typographical errors.
Payment Methods
The Pink Paw shopping cart is proudly hosted by PayPal. Accepted forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal accounts. The Pink Paw is also equipped to accept orders via telephone. We will accept money orders, personal or business checks (made payable to "The Pink Paw LLC"). However, due to substantial banking fees, orders will not begin processing until the check/money order has cleared. Bounced checks will be assessed a $35.00 charge.
Minimum Order Requirements
The Pink Paw has no minimum order requirements.

Pink Paw designs may not be sold on any online auction sites such as Ebay or similar-type websites. Any authorized reseller found to be selling Pink Paw designs via online auction will be prohibited from placing any future orders with The Pink Paw.
Availabilty
The Pink Paw stocks all hair design items. All items are custom-made. We ask that you please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping Policy
The Pink Paw offers shipping worldwide. The Pink Paw is not liable for any duties or taxes assessed on your shipment. Flat rate shipping on all Domestic orders is $6.00. Flat Rate Shipping on all International orders is $8.95. Dropshipments are not available.

Please understand that The Pink Paw has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed packages.

Order Cancellaton Policy
Should you cancel an order at any time that has started to process in our Shipping Department but has not shipped yet, please note that there is a 10% cancellation fee that will be imposed to the refund back to you. This cancellation fee simply covers the charge that our credit card processing company imposes on us for the reversal of the charge.
